1. Cancellation by Guest

• Free cancellation is allowed up to 24 hours before the check-in time.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in or in case of a no-show will be non-refundable.

2. Cancellation by The Vincent Inn

• If a booking is canceled by the hotel due to unforeseen circumstances or a violation of our terms (e.g., local ID or unmarried local couple policy), a refund will be at the hotel's discretion.

3. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original method of payment.
